As part of documentary films production, this documentary was made to record a wide range of multicultural foods prepared by Mayuko Ieiri of Mayuko’s Kitchen. In particular, it shows the making of two cakes: a roll cake with matcha, Japanese powder tea. and Castilla with Western syrup, as well as her views on how to present Japanese foods in Scotland.
